Congratulations to Lucy Brennan for winning top award in the First to Third Year category at the National Scratch Competition 2018. This category award was given for her impressive Scratch project titled ‘Piano Pal’.

The event was hosted by the University of Limerick as a part of Tech Week 2018. Scratch is a visual programming language and platform created by MIT to explain core programming and application design concepts. Since 2010, the National Scratch Competition, run by the ICS Foundation, has been a showcase and STEM platform for Ireland’s aspiring digital creators.

The Scratch Competition 2018 was entered by the lunchtime Computer Club, click here for more information on that.
