St. Angela's School

Please note: Even if you have multiple children in this school, you will only need one account per parent. If you already have multiple accounts and sets of login details, contact the school and we can fix this for you.

Install and Register

  • We will send you a text with your unique username. You will need to create your own password via the login screen. Explanation on how to do this is below.
  • Install the VSware app from your app store
  • Click “Create or reset your password” from the login screen.
  • Type “URSW” into the ‘School name’ box. Select “St. Angela’s Secondary School” which will be first on the dropdown list.
  • Type your unique username, as per the text sent by the school.
  • Enter the last 4 digits of the registered phone number (this will be the phone number the text was sent to).
  • Click “Send.”
  • You will then receive a text message with a code. You should enter this code along with your new chosen password. Be sure to create a password that contains amount of numbers, characters and special characters required.
  • Click “Change Password”
  • You will be brought back to the login screen where you can enter your username, new password and click “Login.”
  • This will bring you to the ‘Dashboard’ where you should see the name(s) of your daughter(s).

Note: Your password should not be shared with your daughter as VSware is       used to submit absence notes. VSware is for Parental Access Only.

Turn on notifications

Turning on notifications to your VSware app will ensure that you do not miss important information that the school sends you.

This is our school’s main method of communication with parents.

  • On an Apple device:
    • Go to Settings, then Notifications, select the VSware App, and make sure that “Allow Notifications” is on.
  • On an Android device:
    • Open your phone’s Setting app.
    • Tap “Apps & Notifications” or “Notifications.” Scroll to the VSware App.
    • Ensure notifications are turned to “enabled.”
